Test Bench Monitoring

With the Test Bench Monitoring package, it is possible to use the Peakanalyzer to implement complex measurement tasks as part of test runs of drive components. The panel interface is configured using a graphical editor. This includes

• characteristic values
• process variables
• digital outputs
• grouping elements
• alarm views for characteristic values, process variables and the depth diagnosis
• a box with control elements and status displays.

With the help of the report generator, it is possible to automatically generate reports for test runs.

A special feature is the ability to tolerate previous damage. This makes sense in order to carry out regular test runs on drives that have already been used in the field and only need to be upgraded for another campaign.
